Chef Chris Shea’s long-standing career has consisted of working for some of the industry’s most respected and creative chefs in America.  Now at the The Wayfarer, an American grill in the heart of midtown Manhattan, Chris is serving his personalized take on classic American dishes.  As part of the long-standing and acclaimed DeGustibus Cooking School, join Chris in the kitchen to be inspired to update your own classics with Chris’ innovative ideas as you work alongside this very talented young chef and the skilled kitchen team at The Wayfarer. 

This one-time-only class, hosted by DeGustibus Cooking School, will be held in the restaurant’s kitchen and will be followed by a five-course seated lunch with paired wines.
